Sensei Rajeev Sinha

Years of training since 1970 resulted in a World Cup medal in 1984. The rise of Sensei Rajeev Sinha to international prominence dates back to 1984 when he became the first Indian to win the 2nd place at the Rothmans World Cup Karate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in Men’s Individual Kata event and 4th in Individual Kumite.
His technical lineage goes back to Sensei Enoeda through his first teacher. For a short duration he was attached with Sensei Kanazawa. Later he moved to Sensei Shigeki Izumi for further training. He had a brief training assignment with Australian Shotokan as well before he was accepted by Sensei HidetakaNishiyama as one of the disciples in 1990. Later, Sensei Nishiyama inducted him in the ITKF as one of its Directors in 1995.
He was unanimously elected to the office of the President of the SAARC Nations’ South Asian Karate Association (SAKA) in 1986. Sensei Rajeev Sinha became International Coach in 1994. He has now become one of the most sought-after visiting professor of Traditional Karate and Himalayan Kriya Yoga to a number of countries in Asia, Europe and North America.

In 1995, he became the Director of the World Body for Traditional Karate ITKF. In 1996, Sensei Rajeev Sinha was one of the signatories of the historic Osaka Agreement that paved the way for inclusion of Karate in the Olympics. He was one of the 4 members of Joint Working Committee (JWC) that drafted the constitution of the world body for inclusion in the Olympics.
He continued with hectic schedule of traveling across the globe for teaching till he was drawn to yogic path to attain “self-realization”.
The company of an enlightened master DevpurushBhaktidev paved the way for introduction and company of a number of great Himalayan Yogis. Sensei Sinha was initiated into spiritual world by a great saint Hemraj.
Later he found Himalayan master MahayogiSomnathGiri as his Guru. Immortal master BabajiMahavatar became his Great Guru. From time to time, the great Himalayan Master Anand Baba appears to give relevant direction.
The name “Bhaktijeev” was given to Sensei after his initiation into the spiritual world. After years of practise of Himalayan Kriya Yoga, he became a Yogi – “Yogi Bhaktijeev”.
Based on the “Character Building program”, he developed “Intellectual Awakening Program” – a unique program for students to help them achieve brilliance in all aspects of life. Under this system, an average student completes the syllabus of entire year in just 40 days and also awakens for practices instrumental in successful and blissful living. 
In 2007, Sensei vowed to empower over 10 million women across India through “Project Shakti”. Project Shakti is a unique fast track training program for Indian women that train them to defend against all forms of attacks – physical, mental and intellectual.

Warrior Program was designed for developing “killing instinct” and quick decision making at all levels of tournament specific training of athletes of various disciplines.
Inspired by his Gurus, he started to help curious people in experiencing the unexpected transformation through Himalayan Kriya Yoga.
Currently he has been busy in developing Traditional Karate-centric multi-sports World School in Dehradun, (capital of Himalayan State of Uttarakhand) in India. Another pet-project that he is working on is establishment of an extra-ordinary Residential School named as “PARAM PURUSH VIDYAPEETH”.
Sensei Rajeev Sinha has prepared FUDOKAN VISION 2020 to chart time-bound developmental program for the members of the World Fudokan Federation.
Holder of 7th Dan (Sichi-Dan), Sensei Rajeev Sinha, a visiting professor to Asia, Europe and North America, has a number of research works to his credit. The biggest one being over 10000-pages of text work on Karate- Beyond Fighting.
